Empowers departments to build an intranet site with little to no programming staff. SharePoint used to supplement not replace other university technologies and fill the gaps that other web applications and services do not serve specifically for internal data. 3 Tier Model Tier 1 FREE!!! If you currently have a site in our environment, this is what you have. Site collection with an unlimited number of sub sites. Default quota of 5GB which can be increased to 10GB if necessary. Housed on our main SQL Cluster.
