A Business Where Women Excel Inspired by Kim Kiyosaki The Business of the 21 st Century

Ideal Business Model for Women Network Marketing companies are populated by more than four times as many women as men. Direct Selling Association: of the 15 million people in the United States who are in network marketing, 88% are female. Proportions on a global scale are close to the same as in the United States.

Why Women Excel in MLMs Can be a part-time, stay-at-home business Uniquely compatible with the demands of raising a family Revolves around establishing relationships & building a community, not making sales Women are natural coaches, trainers, teachers, and mentors

Why Women Excel “The supporting, coaching, nurturing relationship of a network marketing sponsor to her growing network of apprentice networkers is the kind of relationship and interaction in which women excel.” -Kim Kiyosaki

Why Women Need to Build Wealth The Statistics Avoid Dependency No Glass Ceiling No limits on income Increased self-esteem Control of your time

The Statistics (for the US, but similar for other countries) 47% of women 50+ are single (financially responsible for themselves) Retirement benefits are only one quarter what men receive, for two reasons: –As the primary caretaker for the home, a woman is away from the work force an average of 14.7 years (for men it’s 1.6 years). –Women receive lower salaries. Women are expected to live an average of 7-10 years longer than men. Married women who are baby boomers can expect to outlive their husbands by years, on average. Of the elderly living in poverty, 3 out of 4 are women. Approximately 7 out of 10 women will at some time live in poverty.

Avoiding Dependency (due to divorce, death, layoff) “If you are depending on a husband, a boss, or anyone else for your financial future, think twice. They may simply not be there. Too often, we may not even realize just how dependent we are until we’re faced with our own personal wake-up call.” -Kim Kiyosaki

No Glass Ceiling Because of our gender, women can move only so far up the corporate ladder. For women 50 or older, trying to re-enter the world of corporate employment…you don’t even want to know! Network marketing companies don’t care if you’re female or male, black or white, a college grad or a high-school dropout. Network marketing companies value diligence and building effective networks (something women excel in). No limits and no ceiling in Network Marketing!

No Limits on Income Wage inequality between men & women: women with the same education and experiences as their male counterparts earn $0.74 for every dollar their male peers earn. Network marketing business is fully scalable No income limit, regardless of gender

Increased Self-Esteem A woman’s self-esteem is often linked to her ability to provide for herself. Being dependent on anyone for your financial life can lead to a reduced sense of self-worth. Women make different life choices when money is no issue: –What relationships they stay in –Where they live and work –Personal boundary issues, what they tolerate When a woman’s self-esteem rises, the relationships around her tend to improve. Higher self-esteem leads to greater success. The greatest gift of all—freedom.

Have Control of Your Time As a network marketer, you are in control of your own time: –You can choose part-time or full-time –Work around other priorities – work in half-hour increments, in the evenings, weekends, anytime! –Work from your home, by phone or Internet –Run your business from anywhere in the world

Create it Yourself! “I learned that this is the essence of being an entrepreneur: You have to go out there and make things happen. And the only way you are going to do that is if you know what is really, truly important to you, and you realize that the only way you are going to have that is to create it yourself.” -Kim Kiyosaki
