Energy Efficiency Portfolio (EEPs) EEPs was created through legislation and provides for incentives in the form of rebates for ComEd and/or Ameren Illinois utility customers. EEPs is designed to encourage those customers to purchase and install high efficiency electric equipment and systems to reduce electricity use and demand. Provides cash rebates or incentives for installing electric efficient equipment. Assist DCEO by submitting complete Applications that are clear and simple to verify. For New Fixture incentives submit photographs of existing fixtures. Reference the DCEO assigned Application number for project correspondence.
