Energy Efficiency Portfolio (EEPs) EEPs was created through legislation and provides for incentives in the form of rebates for ComEd and/or Ameren Illinois utility customers. EEPs is designed to encourage those customers to purchase and install high efficiency electric equipment and systems to reduce electricity use and demand. Assist DCEO by submitting complete Applications that are clear and simple to verify. For New Fixture incentives submit photographs of existing fixtures. Submit CEE list with selected equipment circled. (See CEE slide) For New Fixtures submit contractor verification stating wattage and quantities of fixtures removed with Final Application. Reference the DCEO assigned Application number for project correspondence.

New Fixtures include: room/area, quantity of existing fixtures, description and wattage of existing fixtures, quantity of new fixtures, description and wattage of new fixtures. Retrofits include: room/area, quantity, description of existing fixtures, number of lamps in existing fixtures and number of lamps in retrofit fixtures. Lamp total shall match number of lamps indicated in the Lighting Incentive Spreadsheet.
