Command Center and Control Command Center Location : ADMINISTRATION building alternate bldg: ROTC Central point of information exchange is the counselor’s conference room. (Building will be locked and access will be restricted.) Control Teachers- ACCOUNT for Students Report accountability to Dean/Department Head (when possible) Deans / Department Heads- report accountability to Command Center. Teachers in conference period- Report to teacher work area Counselors- (initially) assist with accountability

CRITICAL RESPONSE PROCEDURES ► IF A DISASTER OCCURS, PROCEED WITH THE EVACUATION PLAN AS IT RELATES TO A FIRE DRILL ► IF WE HAVE TO BE RELOCATED BY FOOT TO ANOTHER LOCATION, WE HAVE TWO OPTIONS CAMELOT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL ED WHITE MIDDLE SCHOOL
CRITICAL RESPONSE PROCEDURES ► IF WE NEED TO EVACUATE, TEACHERS MUST STAY WITH HIS/HER CLASS AND BRING A CURRENT ROSTER. ► IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO BE ABLE TO ACCOUNT FOR ALL YOUR STUDENTS (IMAGINE IF IT WAS YOUR CHILD’S SCHOOL)
BAD WEATHER PROCEDURES Remain in class until directed to leave by admin or police Disregard bells Additional specific instructions will be given over the PA, IM, or by administration in person If possible move students away from glass windows Teachers in portables, gyms or main hall on 1st floor RRH, will bring their students to the locker rooms and team locker rooms Auditorium: Shelter in Football locker rooms Dance Studio: Shelter in special education office area Band, Choir and Orchestra: Shelter in team room and athletic hall way Over flow shelter area is the hallways on 2 nd floor RR 3 RD floor RR move to interior mechanical room
FIRE DRILL ► Be sure to post fire evacuation plans in your classroom ► Teach students the appropriate procedures for how to exit the building and where to go ► Teachers must bring their class roll ► Teachers will escort their students to the assigned area in accordance with the fire evacuation plan ► Move students safely, in a quick orderly fashion to the assigned areas then account for each of your students ► Instruct students to remain with class when returning back once the fire drill is completed
