NEWS Vinci Gazette 5/12/1498 Last Supper Finally Done! Today, Leonardo da Vinci has completed one of people’s most wondered painting, The Last Supper. It took 3 years for da Vinci to complete the painting on the wall with his new technique, tempera on gesso. The church officials seems to be pleased at da Vinci’s work, but some artists are worried that his new technique might cause the painting to ‘flake’, which mean that the piece of the painting has detached from where it should be at and creates a huge mass of a paints. The church has a lot of visitors to see one of da Vinci’s master piece and church is considering to use the other church and make the church with The Last Supper to be a gallery.
