APPLYING THE PROJECT-MANAGEMENT CYCLE

INTRODUCTION VIDEO Every announcements crew starts off with an introduction video. Choose one student to be the project manager for this project – others will have the opportunity later on. The project manager is responsible for completing & submitting all documentation, assigning roles / tasks, communicating deadlines, and ensuring that the video is complete on time and on budget. Apply the project-management cycle to a class project.

LET’S GET STARTED! Use the worksheet to help guide you through the project-management process. You will begin by planning, then you will storyboard your video.
