Phase 1 Complete. Up to 16 beds can be accommodated for assisted living Phase II will be complete in January Up to 45 beds can be accommodated for assisted living Phase III will be complete by March Phase III will be an Alzheimer’s Unit and will accommodate up to 30 beds. The Company is working towards obtaining their state operating license. They hope to have this by late February early March so citizens can start moving in..
