the drink based on gentian is obtained by extended maceration (9 months) of fresh roots crushed in a mixture of water and alcohol. It is manufactured exclusively from gentian root collected manually, as tradition dictates.

Today, there are always appetizing liquors based on gentian, whose beautiful golden colour and bitter taste have become very popular in recent years
