Work means of Enterprise Estonia – knowledge, skills and inspiration Ilmar Pralla Enterprise Estonia

Education and goals of Enterprise Estonia Higher international competitiveness of Estonian enterprises 1) More sustainable and fast-growing enterprises; 2) Higher product development and technology capacities of enterprises; 3) Higher export capacity and internationalization of enterprises.

Our approach We offer entrepreneurs financial support for in-service training of employees and for purchasing consultation services; We organize training courses and study trips for entrepreneurs, in co-operation with professional associations; We encourage experience exchange at seminaries and conferences.

Knowledge and skills programme (1) Goal of the financial support: Supporting the competitive abilities and growth potential of Estonian enterprises via developing the management and work related knowledge and skills of entrepreneurs, managers and employees. We support: Conducting of in-service vocational training and participating in professional conferences organized abroad; Using consultation services in subjects related to the business activities of the applicant.

Knowledge and skills programme (2) We support: Entrepreneurs; Entrepreneur associations and professional associations, incubators and county development centers, if entrepreneurs participate in the training. Support amounts: Up to 50% of eligible expenses; The minimum amount of the support is 35,000 EEK per project. Experience so far ( ): 3,045 supported projects.

Conducting training in co-operation with member associations If there is high interest towards a subject, then we organize the training and study trips ourselves! For this: Member associations notify us about the training needs of their members and prepare a training plan; Enterprise Estonia organizes training according to the orders from member associations; Member associations advertise the training and invite the participants. The result: Entrepreneurs are not dealing with applications; There are more than 3,000 people trained so far.

Environment for exchanging experiences If experience exchange is needed instead of training: ABC Disain seminaries (November 6, November 12); InnoEstonia conference (November 13-14); Leaders in London conference (December 3-4).

Enterprise Estonia wishes you pleasant co-operation
