Russia in WTO – what we expect  Better conditions for investment  More transparent public procurement (no price preference for domestic companies)  Removal of non-tarrif barriers (technical regulation, additional qualification criteria and conformity assessment processes, customs procedures, licences for contruction projects, safe disposal of old cars – fees etc.)  Improvement of the VAT refunds  Removal of dual pricing of energy  Better access to raw materials (removal of export duties on raw materials)  Dispute settlement according to WTO rules
