HEALTHYLIVING.

This is a presentation to tell you what to eat and how much of it and about which drugs are good and which are bad and what the brain does and why. This is Gino, He is our mascot and he will guide you through our presentation and tell you why it is important to stay fit and healthy.

The most exciting and important part of your body is hidden inside your head, beneath your hair, your skin and your hard skull bone. IT IS YOUR BRAIN. Your brain has two sides. The right side of your brain works the left side of your body. The left side of your brain works the right side of your body.

You can get bad drugs that are often illegal but you can get vitamins that are helpful and you can get t tt them v vv via prescription.

It is good to eat five fruit and vegetables aday. It is good to eat five fruit and vegetables a day. You need the vitamins in fruit and vegetables to stay fit and healthy. You might think living your whole life onfruit and vegetables will be healthy butthink again, You might think living your whole life on fruit and vegetables will be healthy but think again, Living on fruit alone is actually unhealthy. actually unhealthy.

The heart is the strongest organ in the human body. From the moment you are born the human heart pumps blood around the body without a break until the body no longer needs its support. The ribcage is the part of the body that protects the heart the most. Some people have twelve pairs of ribs while others have thirteen pairs. The heart is in fact a muscle. Some people think that the heart is an organ but it is not.
