Cinder-Frog By: Rachel Smith

Once upon a time there was a little frog who's name is Cinder-Toadily. She live in a big beautiful house with her step mother, Velma and step sisters, Karla and Marla. The only thing wrong about that was that they bosed her around like a servant.

One day the royal messenger came from the frog castle to give them invitations to the frog ball. The two step sisters ran down the stairs to snatch the envelopes out of the messengers hands. They both looked at her in surprise because there she was invited too so they said she could go if she finished her chores then they gave her a huge piece of paper that had a years worth of chores to do.

As the stepmother help the step sisters to get ready for the ball, Cinder-Frog by the fireplace cleaning the ashes inside of it. Soon after the two step sisters were ready for the ball and step out of the door into the frog lily and went on their way to the ball. Leaving Cinder- Frog behind.

Cinder- Frog hopped to her room and cried her eyes out until a small fairy came to her window and told her don’t cry then accidently hit the window because it was closed. When Cinder-Frog opened the window the little fairy fell onto the floor. She got up and gave Cinder-Frog a beautiful dress to wear and some sparkling glass flippers. Then a frog lily pulled by 8 fish appeared in the pond, “When the clock strikes morning everything will disappear’ warned the fairy then Cinder-Frog was off to the ball.

Once she got to the ball as soon as she walk into the ball room the prince was by her side asking her for a dance. Soon after hours of dancing morning came so Cinder- Frog hoped out of the ball room and as she was running she dropped both of her glass flippers on the steps.

All of the sudden everything disappeared So she had to swim home. The next day the prince decided to look for his frog princess by making every girl frog try on the flipper. He searched high and low for her and soon he came to Cinder-Frogs house. First Karla tried it on but it did not fit her big foot. Then Marla tried it on but it didn’t fit her tiny foot. Then the prince asked Cinder-Frog because she looked familiar so when she tried it on it fit just right. The prince declared that they were going to get married.

A day later Cinder-Frog told the prince that she had fallen in love with Kevin the tadpole teacher who teaches little tadpoles how to swim and hop. So Cinder-Frog and Kevin got married and had lots of kids. Cinder-Frogs step sisters and step mother got caught by a pelican.

Every one lived happily ever after except for the step sisters and step mother. The prince found a new bride and the fairy god sister stopped hitting windows.
