CARD DISASTER RELIEF ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CDRAP) CARD DISASTER RELIEF ASSISTANCE PROGRAM (CDRAP) CDRAP is being implemented by CARD MBA with the assistance of CaMIA and CARD MRI. The program started in December 2006, when there were large numbers of members affected by the mudflow due to the volcanic eruption of Mayon Volcano in Albay. Since then, this program was implemented providing relief goods to the affected members of natural calamities like typhoons, fire, earthquakes, floods, landslides, volcanic eruption and even man-made calamities like ablaze.
