Product/ Service Management The way we are going to design and Manufacture this product is through a conveyer-belt. Worker will produce the product piece by piece, one section will be for the production of the heads for one doll and after they finish that the doll will be sent to the next piece and so on. Pricing Our major competitors consist of the Barbie Corp., Kestern, shirley temple, and many other similar companies. Their products ranging around $25 and up. Being a new company we are going to under price our competitors with a modest price of only $10-$15.
