Creating An Account Dont have an account with CSUMentor? Have an account with CSUMentor? Forgot your username and/or password?

Create An Account – Screen 1 Issues with Screen 1: Username: Many usernames are already taken in the system. So try to create a unique username. This may take a few times to create a username. TIP: Try your using the first part of your address or date of birth date before or after your username. Address: The system now enforces uniqueness. The system will check to see if the you entered is already in the system. Date of Birth: Make sure to format your date of birth correctly to avoid errors.

Create An Account – Screen 2 Issues with Screen 2: International Postal Code: This question is only required if your address is outside the United States of America. Telephone Numbers: Make sure to format your telephone numbers correctly to avoid errors. Not Required: How did you hear about CSUMentor?

To begin the application click on the Begin Application button at the button of the introduction screen. You must scroll down the screen to view the button.

Screen 4 – Residency Information Residency Status Your responses to the following questions are required to make a preliminary assessment of your residency status for admission and tuition purposes. The campus may request additional information prior to making a final residence determination.

Click on the FIND button to select your High School.

If you can not locate your school on the list, call GO-TO-XAP. Search Feature!

Non-native speakers of English Enter test taken or will be taken.

Screen 6 – High School Preparation 1 Social Science 2-Years English 4-Years Mathematics 3-Years

Click Edit to modify a course. Click Add Course to enter a course.

Click add course to save the course.

Select from the Course List. This list contains your schools actual courses. Click add course to save the course. If class is not in drop down menu select Other and type in the class.

Important Information Important note for summer classes: When entering high school courses taken during the summer, select the grade level AFTER the summer you took the course in. For example, if you took Geometry during the summer between the 9th and 10th grades, list it as a 10th grade class. This is important to ensure that the GPA calculated on screen 7 is accurate. Important note honors courses: Select only authorized honors courses that are designated honors or advanced placement on the University of California's a-g list. If you have repeated a course, list the highest grade you achieved for each semester for the course.

Screen 8 – College Information Previous Colleges Attended Enter the names and locations of all colleges and universities attended, even if no coursework was completed. Begin with the last institution attended.

Click on Add College link to add your college. Click on Edit to modify any college information inputted.

Click Add Course to enter a course. Click Edit to modify a course.

Select Course from Course List Click add course to save the course.

Click on the HELP for instructions on how to enter in AP Exams.

Screen 10 – EOP and Fee Waiver Educational Opportunity Program (EOP) Application Fee Waiver Only complete once Financial Information Calculation of Fee Waiver

EOP requires separate application. Click link to download the EOP Application.
