History 1960 The beginning of construction. Erection of new buildings of future plant and first houses of Novocheboksarsk. 1964 - 1967 The first sample of cationic blue dye “K” was produced at the plant pilot shop, production of light stabilizers benzene OA and OM was set into operation as well as production of active synthetic dyes, chlorine and caustic. 1968 -1975 Productions of chloromethanes, chlorophos, aniline came on stream, 17 production facilities were commissioned, 41 types of new products were mastered, among them - direct dyes, acetonanil, softener-2. For the first time in the country at Khimprom the production of organophosphorus complexones for oil processing, heat-and-power engineering was created. 1980-s These were the years of mastering the production of organosilicon monomers and polymeric products on their basis, oxyethylidenediphosphonic acid. 1982 The unique complex on hydrogen peroxide production was commissioned. 1994 Transformation of Khimprom association into public joint sock company. 2003 – 2004 Projects on energy saving were implemented. The plant’s own boiler shop was put into operation. 2009 Reconstruction of chlorine and caustic production with installation of updated compressor equipment was completed. 2011-2012 JSC Khimprom was recognized as the best exporter of Chuvash Republic. 2013 Start of designing for construction of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method. 2014 Compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 was confirmed. 2014 JSC Khimprom was included in All-Russian register Book of Honour for 2014. 2014 Diphenylguanidine technical was awarded a diploma and a crystal sign “Quality Mark of Chuvash Republic” in Products for Industry nomination.

Hydrogen Peroxide At PJSC Khimprom the designing for construction of hydrogen peroxide production by anthraquinone method with capacity of 50 000 t/year under the license of Swedish company Chematur Engineering AB. is carried out. Awards 2014 Compliance with international standard ISO 9001:2008 was confirmed. 2014 JSC Khimprom was included in All-Russian register Book of Honour for 2014. Diphenylguanidine technical was awarded a diploma and a crystal sign “Quality Mark of Chuvash Republic” in Products for Industry nomination. 2013 Atnioxidant S-789 (Novantox 8 PPDA) produced by JSC Khimprom was awarded a diploma of program ”100 Best Goods of Russia”. In the frames of the program Quality Declaration was signed between JSC Khimprom and regional quality commission. JSC Khimprom got a diploma of Chuvash Republic Ministry of Economic Development for improvement of production and corporate culture, management in the field of social responsibility. 2013 JSC Khimprom was included in National register Leading Industrial Enterprises of Russia for 2012. 2012 JSC Khimprom got a diploma of All-Russian program-contest “100 Best Goods of Russia for 2012” (Acetonanil N, grade B). 2011-2012 JSC Khimprom was recognized as “Attractive employer-2012” on results of the annual research of portal Superjob.ru. Environment Protection The system of ecological management considering the requirements of international standard ISO 1400:2004 operates at the plant. According to environment protection regulation production ecological monitoring is carried out. Annually about 200 million roubles are invested in measures on environment protection.   In recent years a new solution of sewage problem was implemented. After commissioning of system of collection and purification of surface sewage water, all storm water is collected, settled, purified and used in water circulating system of the plant. In recent years the discharge of water into Tsivil and Kukshum rivers has been stopped completely. PJSC Khimprom participates regularly in international and Russian programs for conservation of natural resources, implements projects on improvement of production safety, introduces and promotes introduction of products safe for people and environment.
