By the end of the course, participants would be able to: understand the process approach to auditing.report nonconformities. plan an conduct audit.verify corrective actions. identify nonconformities. Process Through presentation and exercises, participants would be: provided an overview of ISO 9000:2000 series of standards. explained how to plan and perform audit and report nonconformities. explained the method of follow-up and verification of corrective action.
