5 Carry out formally defined critical activities: while licensed ONLY by persons mentioned on the license ONLY according to relevant (privately maintained) instructions ONLY BASIC RULES FOR CONSULTANTS, CONTRACTORS

6 Focus on: integrity  no activities on objects on which organisation holds rights  exception: activities can be carried out by part of the organisation that:  has no financial interest in the results  is part of a different managerial responsibility  is managed directly by another manager  no activities on objects with which organisation has organisational, financial or legal ties
