Oral Boards Days Friday, May 2 – From 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm Saturday, May 3 – From 8:30 am to 12:00 pm Indicate preference when registering – See Mrs. Reinhard about conflicts by April 4 2

Registration for Oral Boards Complete your registration online (Clark website, Senior Projects page) by midnight on March 31. Identify yourself correctly 3

Registration for Oral Boards Student photographers and videographers will be recording events. They will not interrupt, but would be in the room during the presentation; let us know what is comfortable for you. 6

Presenting Might your topic offend? Approach it carefully - allow for differences of opinion. Might your photos/video be graphic? Warn the judges before you show them. Might something be shocking? Warn them and introduce it carefully. 18

Be professional and flexible. If the room arrangement is not what you need, simply say “Excuse me just a moment while I rearrange these desks for the presentation.” Then rearrange them and move on. That will make you look much better than complaining, “This is so not what I requested.” Presenting 21

Presenting If you do run into a technological problem during your presentation, there will be tech support available. Call the office – 1258 – and politely request tech support. “I need tech support with a mac/pc in room #______, please.” We will send someone right away. Thank the students who help you. It will make you look good. 22
