LATVIAN & ESTONIAN BUSINESS ENVIRONMENT SURVEY  Target group SME’s with 1-99 employees  In survey participated 304 companies  Interviews were carried out in CATI method  Objective of the survey was to determine the need for support network and what are the deficiencies related to possible cross-border cooperation

DELBI BENEFIT TO SME’ S  better knowledge of business support services;  increased awareness of opportunities provided by cross-border activity;  increased capability to successfully enter and operate in the neighboring market;  better integration and increased competitiveness of cross-border value chains;  better knowledge of vocational education possibilities

 Aim of the future cooperation - mutual and respected understanding of SME growth  Substantial investments to raise SME capital and resources to be able to enter new markets  Very clear financial planning (equal division of budgets or responsibilities) TOGETHER OR SEPARATELY
