Key 2003 Accomplishments n Fulfilled over 12,000 requests for service n Processed over 45,000,000 telephone calls. n Answered over 400,000 calls to the UH main switchboard n Transmitted over 19,000 hours of instructional video n Administered over 150 enterprise class servers n Processed over 120,000 high performance computing jobs. n Provided over 60,000 accounts n Processed over 40,000,000 messages. n Managed (and spent) over $12,000,000 on the technology infrastructure.
