Goshen Integrated Supplies Limited Distributor Package

Welcome! We appreciate your interest in our Company and the opportunity we offer. While the success of any business is dependent on the owner’s ability, the association with an established and well- respected company provides distinct advantages in obtaining experience, reputation, brand recognition, training expertise, marketing support and operations assistance. Enclosed is an application package to complete, which is the first step in our distributor process. Also enclosed are basic information regarding the Goshen Integrated Supplies Limited (GISL) and answers to some frequently asked questions.

Initial Requirements The investment required by GISL will be ₦ 250,000 for Goshen Sales Training with Certifications. Goshen will also provide brochures and marketing materials for your sales team. GISL’s review and final approval of your application to become a distributor owner will involve several personal meetings and interviews. It is important that you be comfortable with our program, as well we must be comfortable with your planned operation of the business. GISL requires your authorization for a credit, business history and background check. GISL is looking for owner operators who are dedicated to the full time operation of their market. You must have the ability to understand financial statements, be computer literate, English language skills must meet GISL’s standards. Must have complete a business plan for the market.

GISL Distributorship Requirement All involved parties must be fluent in English and a computer literate Understand the franchising concept Understand financial statements/complete a business plan Retail/management/employee experience recommended Must purchase a minimum of 20,000 units within the first year and a minimum of 5,000 units in the first order. You must show a marketing strategy on how to sell your 20,000 units in the first year. Must Include potential clients and or channels Be retail/customer service oriented (friendly/outgoing personality) Be committed to excellence in your business and to the brand Be able to devote full business time to operation of your distributorship Willing to abide by the terms of the distributorship Agreement Willing to follow the GISL Markets distributorship System Willing to work with the GISL Business Advisor Must be willing to undergo GISL distributor training and successfully complete the program.
