Your Challenge Round 1: Create the 2009 Business Plan for Learning Align learning to corporate objectives Select your interventions from 11 programs, each with multiple options for ILT, WBT, Simulation and Performance Support Select the best duration for each option (e.g. 1/2/5 day ILT or 2/4/8 hr WBT) Maximize return, effectiveness and efficiency subject to your staff and budget constraints
Your Challenge Round 2: Use June year-to-date results to produce a Revised Plan for the year Analyze Effectiveness and Efficiency scorecards to understand what programs are on target and what areas need attention Decide which programs to accelerate, which to slow, which to reinforce Allocate resources to maximize net benefits, effectiveness and efficiency, and attain Level 1 and 2 goals while also achieving WBT usage goals
