Since the vey first moment I got the direction of this adult school centre, I was really interesting in new models, techniques and methods of teaching learning process at this level of education. I was looking at Spanish projects but I started thinking about the option of finding some european collegues to form a group or network to have the opportunity of working together… Specially at Teaching foreign languages

So I asked for a budget to attent to a Contact Semminar in Bratislava…There I met my first partners, my first project, and my first coordination.

Then I asked for a Study Visit in Turkey whose main topic was Teaching foreign language to Adult People, from this visit I got not only the enough knowledge about Turkish Educative system, its methods and techniques but also a lot of interesting contacts, friends and of course possible partners for future projects, as the one we are working on.

My priority is always my students, their motivation, self- esteem, and their vision of learning a foreign language as an important need in their future as European citizens.

Participating in these type of projects, and also YIA ones, they can evaluate themselves, their level of English, they can practice in their day life in real contexts in different countries with different people from different nationalities and they realise how important is. It doesn’t matter if you are young or old, all community participates in theses actions and enjoy them a lot, because everyone can offer their own learning to share it.

WHOM DID THESE ACTIONS ADDRESS TO? TO GET A BETTER MOTIVATION IN OUR STUDENTS TO DEVELOP THEIR SELF- ESTEEM TO INCREASE THE IMPORTANCE OF LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE
