Farmers are only obliged to keep their land in good environmental and agricultural condition. Claim submission functionalities: Internet Platform enables claiming submission for payment by using SAPS CNDP and LFA scheme Data is filled automatically where available Application form is checked automatically Agricultural and cadastral parcels visualizations (using GIS) are provided Parcels measurements are presented

Beginning from the year 2008 Polish law will be modified so electronic signature will be allowed

Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture eFarmer Central European Conference January – 1 February 2007 Budapest Pilot Project Conclusion: It is certain that part of farmers would not manage to fill the application form via Internet which is why farmers’ advisors and eFarmers role is so important. Apart from the application that supports the process of filling the form, simple forms should also be provided. They should be as similar as possible to the paper version.
