Find a comic suitable to your topic Vocabulary use Select Lesson Plan

Vocabulary lesson from comic  Students will write down the words from the comic,not more than three words.  Example: Imagína, y, verás

Verbs

Soy milk  Use as introduction to teach Soy and that in Spanish it means I am.  Then students can make several sentences beginning with Soy.  Discuss there is an implied subject of Yo.  Yo can be added before the verb but is not a necessity.

 Llegue-arrives  Gana-wins  Dale-come on Write verbs from comic

Teach direct objects  Te odio- I hate you  Use this to explain object pronouns come before a conjugated verb. Te is the object pronoun "you".

Random clip art

Can be used for basic vocab  Cat- gato  Pajaro-bird  Nido-nest  Is best to use in threes. Upper level language classes can write complex sentences with the pictures.
