SELF TALK Life is a conversation… Interestingly, the most influential person we talk to all day is our self. And, what we tell our self has a direct bearing on our behavior, our performance, and our influence on others. From Dr. Marvin Marshall’s book: Discipline Without Stress, Punishments, or Rewards

This little guy is willing to try anything…for the cheese!
