Overview Ensuring subject understanding of study and importance Making it easy to participate Identifying subject challenges to participation Ensuring nurse manager and peers knowledgeable about study and importance

Do 3 Table exercises – 15 minutes each Group report out – 30 minutes

Exercise 1 List ideas to keep participants in your organization in the study. (5 minutes) Enlist a volunteer table recorder. Each person share their ideas. (10 minutes)

Exercise 2 What are the challenges you anticipate you might encounter for the data collection intervals? (5 minutes) Enlist a volunteer table recorder. Each person share their ideas. (10 minutes)
