It coordinates the whole dashboard and a pull down list box is automatically created to filter the dashboard. This only works with Active reports (HTML, Flash and PDF), and can be ed.

New Window will launch the report output into a new window as opposed to a new tab in the existing frame. This is a cleaner approach and less confusing.
