Aims of the HFG The aim of the HFG is to promote the understanding of the factors that influence the enhancement of human performance and the management of error in all aspects of aeronautics.

MISSION STATEMENT ‘The Group will lead the industry in promoting CRM within the cabin crew environment by encouraging a practice that can be shared openly between operators and collectively explore ways that will encourage effective training that focuses on safe and efficient flight operations.’
