What is Quick Print Enterprise? A software layer on top of the Quick Print Applet Enables the same folder and file structures to be sent to all MEAP enabled MFD’s on the network Automatically finds updated documents to show ‘up-to-minute’ latest versions on control panels Requires a dedicated PC to find and push the dedicated updates Files are already spooled on the device and therefore are quick to print (as well as getting info without having to login to the network)

uniFLOW MEAP Applet Use the control panel of Canon MEAP-enabled iR devices additional secure print and Print On Demand functionalities. Unique customer benefits The control panel of the Canon iR devices is used to directly display information to the end users Allows you to select the document you want to print directly from your own personal or group queue Allows you to select general/internal company documents you want to print from the central document archive

Secure Printing 1. User prints his document to the printer 2. The job is saved in the hold queue 3. The user identifies himself at the printer 4. Print job is released from the server and printed on the device

Print on Demand In the past: distribution to the users per email or available on the intranet for downloading. With the uniFLOW MEAP Applet you can select and print general/internal company documents using the control panel of the iR. All the documents available for printing are stored in the central uniFLOW archive on the server.

Sending a document to iWDM This is the Cabinet Selection screen Here we can browse the iWDM cabinets and folders. Notice that the Scan button is greyed out. The Marketing cabinet is selected. Next we press Open/Select

Sending a document to iWDM If we open the new folder and press “Scan” this screen appears. Here it is possible to change the scan settings. These settings will depend on the capabilities of the device. Generally, the supported resolutions will be:150dpi, 200dpi, 300dpi, 400dpi, 600dpi Available file formats: TIFF, PDF, PDF OCR, PDF Compact, JPEG (depending on device) Pressing the green Start button will start the document scan. The documents must be inserted into the feeder first.

Favourite Buttons To use or create a Favourite Button, press “To Favourites Buttons”

Favourite Buttons The Favourites Registration screen is shown. “My Buttons” are intended for each user. The buttons shown will depend on the logged on user (SSO or SDL). 12 buttons are available for each user. “Shared Buttons” are buttons that everybody can use regardless of their logon privilege (all users) If no authentication is enabled on the device (SSO or SDL): then it is possible for anyone to register both “My Buttons” and “Shared Buttons” If multiple devices are connected to the same Service Provider, the same “My Buttons” will show on each device. If authentication is enabled on the device (SSO or SDL): A device administrator can register “My Buttons” and “Shared Buttons” A device user can register “My Buttons” only (“Shared Buttons” is greyed out) Here we will register a “My Button”. We are logged on as a device admin therefore both “My Buttons” and “Shared Buttons” are available Click “Register/Edit” to continue

Favourite Buttons The settings can confirmed and the button given a name and an icon. There are 15 icons available The “Display Setting Details” turns the settings confirmation screen on or off when the button is used to send a document Click OK to continue

This is because the user has not authenticated to the cabinets When each user log on to the device, they should individually enter their iW authentication credentials (once only) in the iWDMC for MEAP Settings screen
