The Internet Lecture System consists of learning contents, learning operation service, and operation software(this is called like system software or solution). We made this document the following supposition.

Homework, etc. Internet Lecture System (e-Learning system) BBSScans Files Transcript Sounds Movies Pictures Flash Memory Disk Print CD/DVD-ROM Learning Management System To provide of learning materials To be allowed diverse communication between users To save of personal learning materials Learners can learn by diverse digital devices such as TV, PC, cell phone, etc.. A Model of Internet Lecture System(e-learning system)

Advantage of Internet Lecture System(e-learning system) - Learners can study anytime, anywhere by divers digital devices. - University can provide more effective education service by using LMS(learning management system) than off-line lecture. - Learners and instructors can have more satisfaction about education service of university through many e-learning services such as diverse communication functions, learning management, and others. - Learners can easily save, mange, and download learning materials regarding lecture as well as their personal learning materials. If you develop your Internet lecture system by using Korea Model, you can have the following advantage. - You can easily make your system through LMS/LMS of Korea which is already made. - You can get skills and operation know-how from Korean consultant. - After system development, you can continually share information about e-learning between Brazil and Korea

Brazilian University Korean e-learning consultant Korean IT Company (LMS/LCMS) Brazilian IT Company Brazilian Expert Skill Inquiries Maintenance Skill Transfer LMS/LCMS delivery LMS/LCMS design&delivery Internet Lecture System Feasibility Study Consultation for maintenance Request Items Organization for development of Internet Lecture System

- First of all, you need to start a feasibility study with Korean consultants and Brazilian experts. - A feasibility study will include investigation and research such as Brazilian education system, requests of Brazilian Uni., infrastructure, and others. - After that, a Korean IT company will optimize LMS/LCMS based on the feasibility study with Brazilian IT company - Brazilian IT company will have skill about LMS/LCMS and maintain system effectively.

Estimated Budget PlanBudget($)Remark e-Learning Consultant (Korean) -Study: 3,500$x3monthsx2persons -business trip(twice) 3,500$x2 persons 35,000Feasibility study (3 months) LMS/LCMS-To buy LMS/LCMS -To optimize LMS/LCMS (30%) 225,000IT company contact result Total260,000 - A development method will be decided as a feasibility study. - Budget will be changed as what Brazilian university requests. - A following table is the minimum budget for developing the internet lecture system(LMS/LCMS). * The number of Korean consultant and study period will change as a scale of internet lecture system. * LMS/LCMS budget will change as a scale of optimization. * This budget excluded budget of hardware and software for managing hardware.
