Certification Exam Exam contains 70, multiple-choice questions There is only one correct answer per question You may use your training manual as a reference to help you during your exam You have 2 hours to complete the exam You need at least a 50% passing score
Application / Answer Sheet Record the number from your Answer Sheet Later, you can use this number to find out your exam score
Get Your Exam Score With your Answer Sheet number in hand, you may either call the Pesticide Applicator Certification System (PACS), or go online, to find out your exam score –(608) –datcp.state.wi.us (type PACS in the search bar)

If you pass the exam... WDATCP will issue you a certification card Certification is valid for 5 years You should get your card within 2 weeks of taking your exam. If not, call WDATCP at (608)
If you fail an exam... WDATCP will inform you that you’ll need to retake the exam before certification can be granted
