4 HP Support Alerts is a web-based subscription sign-up service that offers customers the ability to customize their profile and in return be ed personalized driver and support alerts/notifications of their choosing. Notifications are distributed by matching various HP content to customers’ product. The customer has full control to sign up for any product of interests (a support contract is not required) and the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly) of the alerts.

HP Passport single sign-in service lets you use one user ID and password of your choice to sign- in to all HP Passport-enabled Web sites. HP Passport is easy HP Passport stores your basic personal information--user ID, password, name, address, country and language preferences--so you don't have to retype it when you return to one of HP's many Web sites in the future. To sign up, simply click “Register” on any HP Passport-enabled web sites. Fill out the form and submit. HP Passport is secure HP Passport profile information is protected by industry-standard encryption technology and follows strict HP privacy policies. You can register for a HP Passport on any website that is HP Passport enabled.

Software updates & Licensing provides access to software products and documentation updates as well as order physical media, if available, to customers with a contractual support agreement. As software products update, the latest versions of the software and documentations are made available. A license key or access code, or instructions for obtaining a license key or access code, will also be provided when required to download, install, or run the latest software version. An HP Passport login account and an active support agreement with software updates linked to your HP Support Center user account is required to access software updates.

Software updates and licensing - HOME All SAIDs’ linked to your HP Passport account will be displayed in the ‘Select SAID’ dropdown box ( 1 ) or a SAID that is not linked to your HP Passport can be directly entered ( 2 ). The terms and conditions ( 3 ) must be accepted before proceeding. In order to be notified about product updates on your SAID see Subscribe to Software Update Alerts Section
