 The term office automation refers to all tools and methods that are applied to office activities which make it possible to process written, visual, and sound data in a computer-aided manner.  Office automation is intended to provide elements which make it possible to simplify, improve, and automate the organization of the activities of a company  In particular, it also includes the following activities:  exchange of information  management of administrative documents  handling of numerical data  meeting planning and management of work schedules

Selection criteria added, location, county, zip, size, etc… QMF FOR WINDOWS UTILIZED TO ACCOMPLISH TASK.

 DISTANCE AND PERCENTAGE INFORMATION PULLED INTO AUDIT FROM REGISTRATION DATABASE.

 DATA SENT TO AUDITORS LAPTOP.  AUDITOR IMPORTS DATA.  SYSTEM AUTOMATICALLY SENDS REGISTRANT AN AUDIT NOTICE LETTER.

 CONFIRMATION (OVERVIEW OF AUDIT) COMPLETED IN WORD.  EXCEL DOCUMENT UTILIZED FOR DOCUMENTING RESULTS OF TESTING.  ACCESS USED TO INPUT DISTANCE AND CALCULATE.  MILEAGE SOFTWARE USED TO TEST TRIPS.

 AUDIT REVIEWED AND PROCESSED.  SHARED DRIVE FOLDERS UTILIZED FOR WORD AND EXCEL DOCUMENTS.

RESULTS OF AUDIT SENT VIA US MAIL TO REGISTRANT. RESULTS OF AUDIT SENT TO JURISDICTIONS WITH PDF.
