Moultrie Technical College currently uses Excel to manage their physical assets. With five campuses within a four county region, it has become difficult to effectively track their assets from a single set of spreadsheets. This has created the need for a unified, globally accessible database-driven system. A feature that Moultrie has allocated is to facilitate an internal transfer or a location change, with an approval process.
We compiled the current spreadsheets into a single user-friendly database called Microsoft Access. ◦ Also provided is a search and update capability to more efficiently manage and track inventory across campuses. ◦ Current inventory of Moultrie Technical College: Furniture items Campus locations Department inventory Asset management data Vehicle Inventory
