ARMAC ONLINE POST TEST COORDINATOR WEB TRAINING 2010

*NEW* Online Post Test In an effort to go GREEN, we have developed an online method for completing the post test. Different than previous years and the online training has been updated. The test is completed, then saved. We no longer will need to have a copy sent to us.

Access to Online Post Test (Participants only) Go to Click on the ARMAC Tab – AR Medicaid Administrative Claiming (ARMAC) Under ARMAC Participant Information, click on the link for the ARMAC Participant Training Post Test. Fill in all blanks and questions then hit the “Complete Test” tab at the bottom of the page. At the top of the page it will indicate that the participant has successfully completed the ARMAC Post Test and it has been saved to the database.

Coordinator Access Take the post test Access/view/monitor the completed participant tests for the district(s).

ARMAC Coordinator Access to the Completed Post Tests Go to Click on the ARMAC Tab – AR Medicaid Administrative Claiming (ARMAC) Under ARMAC Coordinator Information click on the link for ARMAC Coordinator’s Access to participant’s training – password required Type in the Login ID and your password. (provided by MITS)

ARMAC Coordinators View All Coordinators will need to click on the ARMAC Post Test tab and take the test. (THOSE WITH MULTIPLE DISTRICTS ONLY HAVE TO TAKE THE TEST ONCE) the system will save the test in each database for all of the necessary districts. The district (s) can be seen in a dropdown box. For those who have multiple districts, all can be seen together by selecting “Show Participant Test Response Summary by All districts”  or by selecting one district at a time using the drop-down box.

Excel Export The option to export to Excel is also available in order for coordinators to maintain an up-to-date list of completed tests and to determine which participants still need to be trained/take the test. Should be used to compare with current active roster (in order to get all tests completed).

Post Test Closing Points ARMAC Online Post Test and new training is now available on our website All Participants MUST be retrained each year. Training and Post Test submission must be completed by December 18 th of each school year. In our effort to “GO GREEN” we will no longer be mailing copies of the quarterly certifications to the ARMAC Coordinators. The documents will still be mailed to the Superintendents; however if the coordinators wish to receive a copy of the documents via please contact Reina Farley at

Points to Remember All s have to be verified prior to the start of the time study. Anytime a participant’s changes we must be contacted immediately in order for them to receive their ARMAC Moment. All changes to participant information ie, cost data, active/inactive status, position/title must be made prior to the beginning of the time study. Please be sure to adhere to all posted deadlines for each quarter. All updated ARMAC Rosters are due in our office by August 6, 2010 for continued participation in the ARMAC Program.
