Sign In – User’s Gateway You can sign in with the user name and password sent to you, at There are two sections of Seagull-Projects – (a) Admin, and (b) Employee. Both will use this Login page for entry. After creating Account, Admin will login and will create usernames & passwords for their employees and also create various masters. Admin for overall control & Management of the Account, and Employees to use this software for their work

Homepage – a Quick Dashboard Homepage displays a quick dashboard to show list of all projects with their start date and end date, cost and project Head. It also shows graphs for completion status of each project, Expenses and manpower for each project

Client Master – Customers Record You can add your customers here with their all required information. This will be useful for future records. You can see the added records by using ‘Show All’ button.

Employee Master You can add details of your Employees here with their information. This will be useful for future records. You can create username and password for them to use this software for their reporting You can see the added records by using ‘Show All’ button.

Projects Master You can add your projects details here, Select currency, indicate start date of project and completion time. and can assign Project Manager. You can see the added records by using ‘Show All’ button.

Stage-wise Project Planning You can define your project execution planning here. To Add Main Stages, after selecting Client & Project, there will be a added screen to mention various main stages, their cost and time period. In sub-stages, you will make more detailed plan including percentage (its volume compared with main stage, and employee responsible to that stage.

Allowances – Expenses Heads You can create here your travel allowances rules defining various parameters

Holidays & Leaves You can define your yearly holidays, and weekly offs in Holiday Master. Employees can apply for leave online

Reporting Very Important! Employees will fill this report daily. After selecting required fields, other details will appear automatically. They need to write work done today, and its approximate percentage to total work. They can also write expenses of the day and material/equipments used

Stocks You can create a record of various stocks – Consumables and Equipments, and can issue the same to any employee as per his project needs. This gives you material consumption record for projects and equipments deployed to each project

Reporting & Project status You can see status of each project either on home page or in ‘Show Reports’. Each Project name has link that opens its stages and then sub- stages with graphs

Other Reporting In Addition to Project-wise Reports and Graphs, you can see employee-wise reports for each date, monthly attendance register, and Archives – where completed projects are stored.

Employee Log In Employee can log in from his android mobile phone also. He has limited access limited only to his activities like Project Planning and Reporting.
