Matters arising-1  LHC restart – 14 March 2012  The shift for the failure analysis will restart  Each group should communicate the failures which are related to radiations  A dedicated mail address will be created  Review of critical projects  Recommended by the R2E reviewers in Nov 2011  External experts and PH-ESE group can be contacted

Matters arising -2  Data base for tracking radiation tolerant components  Strong interest from TE/EPC  Very useful for all the groups that have equipment exposed to radiation  Definition of the specifications to complete  Collaboration with BE/CO for the implementation  NanoFip tested at PSI in December 2011  Test results will be presented by E. Gousiou at the next meeting  Should we proceed with a unique purchase for all the CERN groups?
