Prep Work to Complete Obtain Final Tutorial Material from Speaker –Send material to reproduction Close tutorial registration Confirm final count –Reproduction –Catering –Certificates Confirm assignments and arrival times for volunteers
Setup The computer projector and white board should be setup Friday night Setup on the day of the event starts at 6:30 am where we will move any tables that we need to, place the continental breakfast, and take a moment to enjoy the calm before the storm
