Chapter Overview 12 May 2005 North Star Chapter PM 11 A Reminder For the past several years we have had the chapter incentive program to encourage attendance at our meetings. We have been keeping accurate attendance records this fiscal year. Those attending six or more meetings from June 2004 through May 2005 will have their membership reimbursed for the dues year 2004 – 2005 ($80) BE SURE AND SIGN THE ATTENDANCE LIST!

Chapter Overview 12 May 2005 North Star Chapter PM 13 Our Speaker Harvey Taipale is a Program manager at Lockheed Martin Maritime Systems and Sensors - Tactical Systems in Eagan Minnesota. He is currently responsible for pursuing new system infrastructure business using rugged COTS products. He has been involved in the use of COTS solutions for military applications for the past 10 years. Over his career of 38 years, he has held various engineering, management and business development positions and worked on programs for the Navy, Army, Air Force, FAA and Postal Service, as well as international programs in Japan, Germany, and the UK. Harvey has a BS degree in Math and Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
