Chapter Overview 10 March 2005 North Star Chapter PM 10 A Reminder We will continue the chapter incentive program to encourage attendance at our meetings. We will again keep accurate attendance records. Those attending six or more meetings in June 2004 through May 2005 will have their membership reimbursed for the dues year 2004 – 2005 ($80) BE SURE AND SIGN THE ATTENDANCE LIST!

Chapter Overview 10 March 2005 North Star Chapter PM 12 Our Speaker Paul Frenz spent over 20 years in commercial software product development before moving to General Dynamics Advanced Information Systems in After 9 months as a Software Product Engineer, he moved to System Engineering where he has lead multi-million dollar space programs as an Integrated Product Team Lead as well as serving as a System Engineering functional manager. Paul helped develop the System Engineering measurement program which he continues to lead. Paul holds undergraduate degrees in Business Administration - Public Accounting and Quantitative Methods. He also holds a Masters in Software Design and Development. Paul has been an active member of the North Star Chapter of INCOSE since Paul will be presenting the paper "The Nuts, Bolt, and Duct Tape of Establishing a System Engineering Measurement Program" at the 2005 INCOSE International Symposium in Rochester, NY.
