Phase 1 Implementation Date: May 4, 2012 Purpose: To capture student volunteer hours for school years prior to the 2012 – 2013 school year Students may enter volunteer hours under four categories. The four categories are: – 2010 School Year – 2010 School Year – 2011 School Year – 2012 School Year Phase 2 Implementation Date: August 2012 Purpose: To improve the data gathered, monitoring of volunteer hours. Educators, Coaches, Club Sponsors, Community Members will setup and monitor the student volunteer hours Students will enter volunteer hours under specific opportunities or events

Complete your account information IMPORTANT – Use your name that is on the PRHS records. For example, if your name is Mary, but you go by Katie, please put Mary (Katie) as your first name. Also, make sure you include your birthdate. Your name and birthdate is how your NobleHour records are linked to your PRHS records.

Select an opportunity to input hours After you log in, you will return to the Peachtree Ridge High School community page. Scroll down to the Featured Opportunities area. Here you will see the four categories to used to enter hours. Hours entered should only include your volunteer hours during high school. Select one of the time periods you wish to enter hours.
Near the bottom of the opportunity description you selected, you will find a link to the select to start tracking hours. Please click on this link.
Just make sure you have selected the correct school year you want to enter your volunteer time. If all the information is correct, please press submit.
The default screen to enter hours is daily input screen. You may want to to change to a weekly input screen. Since we are trying to gather information in the past, it may be easier to use the weekly input screen. It is understandable that you may not remember the exact dates or hours that you volunteered. We are just asking you to do your best. Your goal is to enter your volunteer hours with in the school year they were earned.
Changing to weekly will allow you to put the total earned for a week. Select Add Hours by Week to change to weekly hours
When you enter the total for a week, the system will distribute the time over the days of the week. Enter the date in the school year your want to enter hours Enter weekiy hours here Save your input
Once hours have been entered and saved, scroll to the bottom of the input screen to submit hours. The hours are submitted for approval. You will receive an once approval has been granted. Select Add Hours by Week to change to weekly hours Submit Hours For Approval
