Team Th-Crazy Hair Day F- Pajama Day (no slippers please) Look At What We’ve Done: ELA: We are practicing the alphabet, writing our names and even working on some pre-writing skills. We have used play-doh to form letters and even traced shapes in sand. Math: We started learning about the numbers 0-5. Please practice counting with your child and recognizing the numerals 0-5. Science/S.S.: We discussed rules of the school and how to be a good friend in our community. September 12, 2014

Have them explain to you why we need rules and what it looks like to be safe, kind etc. Our rules are; Be safe, Be kind, Be Respectful and Be the best you can be. Home School Connection: -Please talk to your child every day about what they did at school. They may tell you they did nothing, but I assure you they did a lot. Try asking specific questions about each part of their day, because we were busy! Look At What We’ve Done: -We learned about school and classroom rules -We made a craft from the story No, David!
