Who They Are and What They Need Part II
* Each volunteer must complete the required paperwork for their category. This paperwork can include: * Volunteer Agreement with written description of duties * Data Form * Policy Acknowledgement Form * NSHE BCN Volunteer Program Form
* If Access Required: * Social Security Number must be provided verbally to the department. Do not . * WolfCard Affiliate Application * If Minor: * Must attach department training ( , certification, etc.) and full description of duties * If Adjunct Faculty: * Must attach CV and Volunteer Agreement, approved by the Vice Provost * Volunteer Packet must be submitted to BCN Human Resources within the same month the volunteer begins working

* If new to institution: * Must have volunteer’s Social Security Number * NOTE: SSN’s must be given verbally and not written on any part of the packet or ed * Enter as a volunteer new hire * If employed within institution: * Enter employee number or name (last,first) * Select volunteer
* Once entered in WebContracts, send volunteer packet via or fax ( ) to the BCN Workers’ Compensation Office. Originals can be kept in the department. * Once received, the packet will be reviewed and the data will be released from HRMS (similar process to a new hire). * The department will be notified when the volunteer’s information has been processed and released.
