How Do I Apply? CCHS Accelerated College Application Process Complete the Parent & Student Statement Forms Obtain recommendations from your current English teacher, Math teacher, and Counselor Return complete application packet to your counselor or to Mrs. Horn at CCHS NO LATER THAN 3:00 PM ON FRIDAY MAY 15. All documents must be included. After acceptance to the program - Fall 2015 Apply to Lone Star College Take TSI exam

If your earns an Associate Degree while in high school – you will be transferring to a university at age 18 and attending classes with students two or more years older.
