2 Why do a survey? Assess the general knowledge of ADA at Creighton University Assess current practice regarding issues related to the ADA by supervisors and faculty Planning future committee activities Creating a baseline to assess the effectiveness of future activity

3 General Data We did not track who completed the survey The survey was completed 485 times 124 verbatim comments
