With your sales, you will help the colonization of America and increase the prestige of the Cribz Real Estate Company.

Your Mission: With your team you will –D–Design a tri-board that includes the following: Characteristics of the region (environment) Economy (What do people do for a living here?) Crops (What crops can be grown here?) Slavery (Do people own slaves here? What are they used for?) Colonial Lifestyle (What kinds of activities/hobbies do people do here on a daily basis?) Reasons for establishment (Why was this colony created? ) Politics (What type of government does this colony have? What kids of rules do they have in this colony?)

Your mission: Include Photos/sketches of the property Photo/sketch of the house design Explain why your company thinks this house, location and property is the best

Ultimately your job is to convince people to buy your house and property! A guest visitor will select the BEST real estate team presentation based on pre- selected criteria After final tallies come in, the winning real estate team will get a BONUS* BONUS* will remain a surprise until the end of the competition Be creative! try to sell a house/location that YOU would see yourself living in!
