Bullying a world not to enter Bullying a world not to enter

Ways to deal with bullies  When your dealing with bullies you should not retaliate, you should go tell an adult or use the three R’s.

The 3 R’s 1. Recognize bullying behavior: It the bullies behavior unfair, does one person have more power? Did the bully do it on purpose and was it done to hurt someone? 2. Refuse to be bullied: is it safe to speak out assertively or it is safe to speak what so ever. Also stay away from the bully and find a better safer place to play or stay with adults or others. 3. Report bullying behavior and tell an adult immediately if someone is unsafe and the bully doesn’t stop after refusing to be bullied and if you don’t know what to do.

Bullying is one of the worst things that could happen in someone's life. Bullies hurt other people repeatedly. If you know someone who is being bullied and they haven’t told anyone you HAVE tell someone so the bullying stops and the bully doesn’t think he can keep bullying people in the future. The bully can not think they have power and they have to be shut down. If your being bullied you have to one refuse to be bullied and don’t fight back. If you feel really unsafe you can go somewhere where adults are watching or with a group of people. Bullies will not normally bully when they are out numbered because they have no power. You should also try not to let what they say get to your head and it effect you because if they see it annoys you they will keep doing it.
