6 Transcripts Request Official Transcripts through Mrs. Franco in Main Office –Get Transcript Request form in the Main Office –Final Transcripts MUST be requested by completing the Transcript Request form –ALL COLLEGES REQUIRE A FINAL TRANSCRIPT! –Deadline to send transcript is June 12.
7 Financial Aid 1.Cal Grant Verification GPA Form: Done by PHS 2.Free Application for Federal Student Aid: Apply 3.Apply for PIN Now: student and parent must Deadline for FAFSA is: March 2 nd for 4 yr colleges September 1 st for community colleges FAFSA workshop in the Library TBA (Jan & Feb) 4.CSS Profile – required for private schools.
